Dr. Matthew Perry became our senior pastor in December 2011, having served in ministry over twenty years as a music minister and senior pastor. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and the The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he received his Masters in Church Music, Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry in expository preaching. He is married to Cindy and has four children. His passion is preaching, teaching, and missions (specifically, the nation of Trinidad and Tobago). Scott serves as our Associate Pastor. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and a current seminary student. He has preached, led and taught over the past decade in Grand Rapids, MI; Belfast, NI; Spokane, WA; and more recently in Denver, CO.
Scott is the husband of Kristin Morter and the father of four children.
Scott is approaching the opportunity of Associate Pastor at ARBC with a passionate heart for the lost and for those whom have already come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus. He is looking forward to grow a thriving church that will benefit both ARBC and the community surrounding it, all the while giving glory and honor to our God.
Connie has been on staff since 1980, serving in different administrative roles. Her goal is to make sure that all church members and guests feel welcomed at our services and throughout the week. Her love for God and our church is what has motivated her to serve faithfully for over thirty years. Her husband, Jim, serves as a deacon. The Priddy’s have two adult children and five grandchildren.
Terri has served as our financial secretary since 2013. Terri and her husband, Bob, are part of our missions team, and travel to Hungary to support ARBC missionaries serving with the Southern Baptist Convention’s International Mission Board. An avid student of the Bible, she is capable of leading various women’s bible studies.
Ginger has served as the Director of Preschool Ministries at ARBC since 2001. She has served in various teaching and leadership roles in preschool, children and youth ministries since 1970. She also serves as a ministry assistant at the Colorado Baptist General Convention. Her goal is to provide an environment where children are nurtured in God’s love and where they are able to learn and build on Bible foundations from an early age. Vacation Bible School is also a ministry dear to her heart and she serves as ARBC’s VBS Director and also as the Colorado VBS Team Leader. She is married to Bill and they have two adult daughters and one granddaughter.
