Dr. Matthew Perry

Lead Pastor

Dr. Matthew Perry became our senior pastor in December 2011, having served in ministry over twenty years as a music minister and senior pastor. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and the The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he received his Masters in Church Music, Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry in expository preaching. He is married to Cindy and has four children. His passion is preaching, teaching, and missions (specifically, the nation of Trinidad and Tobago). Scott Morter II

Associate Pastor

Scott serves as our Associate Pastor.  He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and a current seminary student.  He has preached, led and taught over the past decade in Grand Rapids, MI; Belfast, NI; Spokane, WA; and more recently in Denver, CO.

Scott is the husband of Kristin Morter and the father of four children.

Scott is approaching the opportunity of Associate Pastor at ARBC with a passionate heart for the lost and for those whom have already come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus.  He is looking forward to grow a thriving church that will benefit both ARBC and the community surrounding it, all the while giving glory and honor to our God.

C. Foster Payne

Worship Leader

Foster became the ARBC Worship & Choir Leader in 2017.  He currently attends Gateway Seminary, pursuring a Masters in Divinity.  In his “off time” Foster composes orchestral and wind ensemble music.  He is also the Assistant Conductor of the Mile High Community Band.  Foster plays the french horn.

Foster is a dedicated husband and father.  He has been married to Dawn for 23 years and they have three children; a son and two daughters.  Foster was raised a military BRAT and grew up predominantely between the island of Oahu in Hawaii and Novato, California.
