Praying for Masks to be Removed
Believe it or not, Halloween (or whatever name you want to give it) will be here in no time, and kids, teenagers, and even some adults will be putting on all sorts of masks and costumes.

While these masks and costumes are often cute and make us smile and laugh, I want to talk about a different kind of mask that many teenagers wear. This is a mask, or even multiple masks, that they put on and take off at different times. Many in the church today have a Christian mask, a school mask, a sports mask, a work mask, a friend’s mask, and maybe even more.

My hope and prayer is that through InChWeSta, these students will begin to see that Christianity is a relationship with Jesus Christ that goes beyond the confines of the church building on Sundays and Wednesdays, that being a Christian means that they are a Christian at school, on the sports fields, in their jobs, and with their friends.

Please join me in praying that our students will begin to remove the masks that they wear and live for Jesus Christ every day of the week and in all the places God brings them!
In Christ,
Josh Robertson
