Starting Sunday, September 7, our Youth will be going through The Gospel Journey, a reality-based video series put out by Dare2Share Ministries. In it, seven individuals go into the wilderness for seven days and go through the Gospel Message. These individuals represent a variety of beliefs including an agnostic, a minister’s kid, an atheist, a wiccan, an Episcopalian, a Presbyterian, a city girl and a preacher. After each “talk” there is a discussion time in which the individuals are able to ask questions and bring up objections based on their belief systems. A group of our students previewed this series in the spring and all agreed that it was the clearest, non-threatening presentation of the Gospel we have ever heard. I have been encouraging the students to be courageous and invite their friends to this event, which will last seven weeks. Please join us in prayer so that they will be able to do that, so their friends can come and hear the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.
