Flocking

The Youth are very close to being finished with their work on the Youth House! In order to be able to get everything done, we’ve decided to do a fundraiser. We are going to bring back...FLOCKING! “What is flocking?,” you might ask. Basically, it is that you may wake up in the morning to about 50 pink flamingos in your yard! Sounds like fun, right? If it doesn’t, do not worry, you will be able to purchase Flocking Insurance on Sunday, September 30, after the morning service. Then you can rest assured that no pink flamingos will end up in your yard. The cost for this insurance is $25.

If by some chance you wake up to a yard full of pink flamingos, you’ll need to call me, Josh, and make a donation to the Youth House Remodel Project, which will result in their removal. Then you will get to decide who gets the surprise next (as long as the person you choose has not purchased Flocking Insurance)! Sounds like a great time to me! The money raised will go towards finishing our final projects at the Youth House.
