I wish to thank Ginger LeBlanc for her truly well-done job as VBS Director this year. She and her staff (below are the names of the helpers) did a good job presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ. We had the largest attendance we have had in the three years I have been here as pastor.
As most of you know John and Lisa Declette will be relocating to Italy. Actually John has been there off and on already. Lisa and Aaron will be joining John soon and then Aaron will fly back to the USA, to join the Air Force. John and Lisa, “thank you for your years of service with the youth at ARBC.” Have you noticed that a “thank you” feels good? It feels good to both the one doing the saying and the one to whom it is said. It is important to stop and say “thank you’s” to people in our lives. Be proactive with “thank you’s” today. It’s good for you! It is also very good for you to stop and remember from whom all blessings flow. Take a minute, get quiet and remember how blessed you are and thank the Lord for specific blessings. Let these words of Scripture prompt you. Be thankful. Live in an attitude of gratitude. Posted by arbc at 10:33 PM |
