Known by the Scars
Presented Saturday April 8 at 7 PM and Sunday April 9 at 10:30 AM by the ARBC Adult Choir.

The story is timeless; the message never changes. Yet, if we look at Calvary through different eyes, a whole new perspecitve can be gained about the cross and God's love for us. Such is the intent of this musical by Tom Fettke and Camp Kirkland.

The writings of Max Lucado serve as narrative setting up songs carefully chosen by Tom, while original underscore further dramatizes each moment. Finally, Camp creates a beautifully woven tapestry through his masterful orchestrating of a unique musical account of the Christ of Calvary.

The biblical story remains: Christ died for our sins. As you approach the Easter season and the cross, this work will cause you to take a new, perhaps different look at Calvary. Let us rejoice in the fact that Christ was known by the scars - and that by His stripes we are healed.
