April 2005 Prayer List

Asian American Ministry Prayer Requests and Report

1) Praise God for Lily Lin’s successful knee surgery on March 15th and smooth recovery. She went back to work on March 28. She appreciated a lot of prayers for her from our church. Prayer works.

2) Oscar Tiu came back to Denver to be with his family March 12th. He’s going back to Taiwan to continue his surgeon duty at the Taitung Christian Hospital on April 1st. Please pray for traveling mercy. Oscar is also in the process of taking his U.S. Medical Board exam. Please pray for the passing of the exam so that he can practice medicine in the U.S. in the future.

3) Pray for Cara Tiu for making the right decision to choose the college that God wants her to go. She’s a senior at the Cherry Creek High School.

4) Please continue to pray for Dora Tiu’s medical internship at various hospitals here in Denver and her certification to practice medicine in the U.S.

5) Pray for Jane and Yuki Tomooka for continued spiritual growth in Christ.

6) Grace Lin enjoys her study and internship –- she’s doing her internship at a big British magazine company -- since January of this year in London, UK. She visited Italy and France with her friends in February and March. She loves Rome, Florence, Venice, and Paris. She will be back to Boston on April 28. Grace will become a senior of the Boston University in fall of 2005.

7) Praise God for His continued blessing on our Asian American Sunday school class. This class meets every Sunday 9:30 – 10:15 AM in the church lower level Prayer Room.
