A Word from your Music Minister01.10.2004
Dear Arapahoe Road Baptist Church Family, Thank you for the invitation to become your Minister of Music/Administration for your vote of confidence on December 28. I look forward to moving into the offices during the month of January. As you interim music minister it was my joy to serve you from June until December. What wonderful times of worship we experienced. Thank you for your support and encouragement during that interim time. Now we move into a new relationship—one that I hope that you are as excited about as I am. May God richly bless these days ahead. Some of you have asked about my family. Let me introduce you! My wife, Kim, is registrar at Douglas County High School. We have been married for 25 years and live in Castle Rock. Kim enjoys crafts, cooking, and reading. Our oldest daughter, Alisha, is 23 and a senior with a history major at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas. She plans to eventually teach history at the collegiate level. Alisha enjoys music and reading. Our granddaughter, Michiah, just celebrated her first birthday. Our daughter, Stephanie, is 21 and was married this past summer. She and Bradley live in Centennial. She is employed at American Home Mortgage. She enjoys crafts and shopping. Our son, Garrett, is 17 and a junior at Douglas High School. You see him most Sundays playing the bass guitar and sometimes the drums. He enjoys football, music, and going to movies. He would like to pursue a military career. May we all be a blessing to each other, Posted by at 08:37 PM |
