The ARBC Office has had some problems with late submissions for the bulletin and Challenger. To maximize staff efficiency and save money, submissions must be received as follows:
Bulletin - by 8:30am Fridays
Challenger - By 11:00am Monday before; (8:30am Friday before IF a holiday falls on Monday)
Messenger - By 9:00am Wednesdays
This will allow time for layout, proofing, approval, and printing as needed.
